As a professional watch business, all purchases and trades are conducted at wholesale pricing rather than retail market value. This reflects professional inspection, preparation, and resale.

All offers are completely obligation-free. There are no contracts and no pressure.

Where a sale or trade proceeds, payment will be made once the watch has been received by The Time Broker. Watches sent to us are insured in transit in accordance with our shipping and insurance policy.

As a registered second-hand dealer in South Australia, The Time Broker is required to verify the identity of all sellers. Government-issued photo identification must be provided and recorded before any sale or brokerage transaction can proceed. This is a mandatory regulatory requirement and cannot be waived.
