Registered and tracked delivery
Mandatory signature upon delivery
We only use TNT/FedEx, DHL or StarTrack Express Services
Watches are shipped only to the purchaser named on the order and only to the delivery address confirmed at checkout or otherwise agreed in writing.
Time Broker will not ship to third parties, alternative recipients, agents, or nominees. The purchaser must be the named recipient of the shipment.
Delivery requires in-person signature by the purchaser. The purchaser must personally receive and sign for the item. Authority to leave, redirection, or third-party acceptance is not permitted.
Delivery is deemed complete when the carrier confirms delivery by signature of the purchaser at the nominated delivery address.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by couriers, customs processes, or events outside our reasonable control. Any loss or damage occurring during transit will be handled through our transit insurance in accordance with the terms, conditions, and claims procedures of the relevant insurer or carrier.
Insurance
All items shipped by Time Broker are dispatched via registered, tracked delivery with mandatory in-person signature by the purchaser.
The Time Broker arranges and pays for transit insurance covering the item while it is in transit. This transit insurance applies until delivery is confirmed by the carrier through purchaser signature confirmation.
Transit insurance is subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and claims procedures of the relevant carrier or insurer. Where a claim is available under the transit insurance, Time Broker will manage the claim process in accordance with those requirements.
Customers are strongly encouraged to arrange their own insurance cover for the item for its full value under a policy of their choosing, effective immediately upon payment. This is to ensure continuous protection for the item following delivery and for any circumstances not covered by transit insurance.
Any reference to insurance is general information only and does not constitute financial, insurance, or professional advice. Customers are responsible for determining whether additional insurance is appropriate for their circumstances and for arranging any such cover.
